resorts clubs staff programs Terra Hats

promotional event buyers Terra Hats

Promotional & Event Buyers

Coordinate the product, artwork, quantity, packing, and delivery requirements around the campaign or event. Share the required-use date early, but allow the product and order scope to be reviewed before any sampling or production schedule is confirmed.

Order Planning

What Determines MOQ and Wholesale Pricing?

MOQ and wholesale pricing are confirmed after the selected hat style, materials, quantity, customization,
size mix, packaging, and delivery requirements are reviewed. Share an estimate even if it is not final; it gives
the quotation a commercial starting point without turning that estimate into a confirmed minimum.

1. Base Style and Material

Different hat bodies, materials, structures, trims, and components may follow different sourcing and production conditions. Start with a category link, product URL, Tech Pack, or reference image so the quotation can be tied to a defined direction.
Useful input: Preferred category, reference product, intended material direction, and requirements that cannot change.

2. Quantity and Style or Color Split

The total estimated quantity and its allocation across styles, colors, or wearer groups affect material planning, production setup, packing, and shipping coordination. A mixed program may need separate review for each product direction.
Useful input: Estimated total, quantity by style or color, and which figures are still flexible.

4. Branding and Private-Label Requirements

Patches, embroidery, print, trims, woven labels, size labels, hangtags, and other brand elements require compatibility and artwork review. Not every method applies to every hat body or material.
Useful input: Blank or branded direction, artwork file or reference, placement, brand-label needs, and target market.

4. Size Range and Allocation

Adult, youth, child, mixed-size, or measured-fit requirements may change the applicable product path and quantity split. Size availability and tolerances are confirmed against the selected specification rather than assumed from a general age label.
Useful input: Wearer group, known head measurements, and estimated quantity by size where possible.

5. Packing and Retail Presentation

Bulk packing, individual packing, retail-ready presentation, labels, barcodes, assortment separation, carton marks, and product protection can affect both pricing and logistics planning.
Useful input: Sales channel, inner-packing direction, retail requirements, SKU separation, and buyer packing specifications.

6. Destination and Target Delivery Window

The destination country, target window, shipping direction, and buyer-appointed forwarder requirements help define the commercial and dispatch plan. A requested date is reviewed after the product and order scope are understood.
Useful input: Destination, target arrival window, shipping preference, and known handover requirements.

Typical Sizing Reference (US Inches)

General reference only — exact tolerances are confirmed against the selected specification and sample.

Adult

21.5″ – 23.6″ head circumference

Youth

19.7″ – 21.3″ head circumference

Child

18.1″ – 19.7″ head circumference

One-Size / Adjustable

21.3″ – 24.0″ adjustable range
Share your estimated quantity—even if it is not final—so the quotation can be reviewed against the intended order.

Sampling & Approval

Review Samples Before Bulk Production

Sampling provides a reference for the decisions that matter to the selected order. The appropriate sample
path, review scope, cost, timing, and shipping are confirmed after the style, materials, artwork, and
destination have been reviewed.

1. Share the Product and Order Requirements

Provide the preferred style, intended use, estimated quantity, size direction, blank or custom requirements, packing direction, destination, and target window. Add artwork or references when available.

2. Confirm the Appropriate Sample Path

The sample route may focus on the selected blank product, fit, branding, labels, packing, or a combination of relevant details. The route depends on what needs approval before the order can progress.

3. Review the Relevant Details

Review construction, visible materials, color direction, dimensions or fit, artwork placement, labels, trims, and packing references as applicable to the approved scope. Record requested changes clearly.

4. Approve the Applicable Specification

Confirm the relevant sample and specification references before bulk production arrangements are finalized. Any later change to product, artwork, quantity split, labels, or packing may require a new review.

Logistics & Reorders

Plan Packing, Shipping, and Repeat Orders

Packing, shipping coordination, and repeat-order references should be considered alongside the product
specification because each affects the information required in the RFQ.

Packing

Packing can be reviewed according to the hat structure, brim or crown protection needs, quantity, size and style separation, inner-packing requirements, retail presentation, labels, carton marks, and buyer specifications.
Tell us: Whether the order needs bulk packing, individual packing, retail-ready presentation, SKU separation, buyer labels, or a specific packing reference.

Shipping Coordination

Export packing and shipping coordination can be discussed according to the order quantity, destination, timeline, and buyer requirements. Include any nominated forwarder, shipping preference, handover requirement, or target arrival window that is already known.
Tell us: Destination country, target window, shipping direction, forwarder status, and any document or carton-mark requirement.

Repeat Orders

For approved orders, confirmed specifications, artwork references, and packing instructions may be retained for repeat-order review, subject to buyer authorization, the applicable retention policy, and current material availability. Key details are reconfirmed before each reorder.
Tell us: Previous PO, product code, approved sample reference, reference images, required changes, and the new quantity or destination.
A repeat-order reference helps identify the previous specification. It does not guarantee permanent file retention, unchanged material availability, or exact reproduction of natural-material appearance.
Supplier Evidence

Reduce Risk Before You Place a Bulk Order

Use the factory, inspection, and compliance paths to define what needs evidence or approval for your specific
order. Requirements should be connected to the selected product and target market rather than assumed
from a generic badge or checklist.

Factory and Production Review

Review the supplier workflow, product-development context, production planning, and the evidence relevant to your sourcing decision. Sampling and production schedules are confirmed after the product, artwork, packing, and order requirements have been reviewed.

Inspection and QC Scope

Inspection scope, reporting, and acceptance requirements are confirmed for each order. The applicable review may address the approved product reference, dimensions, branding position, visible workmanship, quantity allocation, labels, packing, or carton organization according to the agreed scope.

Compliance Documents and Testing Support

Compliance documents and third-party testing can be prepared or provided according to buyer requirements where applicable. Share the destination market, sales channel, product specification, and required document or test so feasibility can be reviewed before any claim is made.
A document or test that applies to one product or specification should not be treated as blanket coverage for every hat category, material, market, or order.

Wholesale Hat FAQ

Send the preferred hat category or reference, estimated quantity, blank or custom direction, size plan, packing needs, destination country, and target delivery window. If the order includes different styles or colors, add the approximate quantity split. Artwork, a Tech Pack, a previous PO, or packing references can make the review more precise, but you can still submit an inquiry when some details are undecided.

MOQ depends on the selected hat style, materials, quantity split, customization, size range, labels, and packing requirements. Share your current estimate—even if it is not final—so the applicable conditions can be reviewed for the intended order.

A mixed-style or mixed-color program can be submitted for review. Include the estimated total quantity and the proposed allocation by style, color, or size. Each product direction may have different material, setup, customization, packing, or MOQ conditions, so the quotation is reviewed for the actual combination rather than the total quantity alone.

Blank and custom-branded directions can both be reviewed, subject to the selected style and current order requirements. For a branded program, provide artwork or a reference when available and identify any patch, embroidery, print, label, trim, or retail-packing needs. Compatible options are confirmed against the product and material. See the Customization Guide for the detailed branding paths.

An appropriate sample and approval route can be discussed before bulk production arrangements are confirmed. The review may cover the blank product, fit, construction, visible materials, artwork placement, labels, trims, or packing, depending on the project. Sample availability, cost, timing, shipping, and approval scope are confirmed after the selected style, materials, artwork, and destination are reviewed. See the Sample Policy for more detail.

Bulk, individual, retail-ready, buyer-specified, and assortment-based packing directions can be reviewed where relevant to the selected product. Planning may also address product protection, size or SKU separation, labels, barcodes, hangtags, carton marks, and outer-carton organization. The final packing method is confirmed according to the hat structure, quantity, destination, sales channel, and buyer requirements.

Inspection scope, reporting, and acceptance requirements are confirmed for each order. Depending on the agreed scope, review may address the approved product reference, dimensions, branding position, visible workmanship, quantity allocation, labels, packing, and carton organization. Specific inspection standards, testing, or reports should only be stated when they are agreed and supported for the selected product and order. See Factory and QC Support.

A previous PO, product code, approved sample reference, retained specification, or clear product photos can support repeat-order review. Key details—including current materials, color direction, components, artwork, labels, packing, and destination requirements—are reconfirmed before the new order is approved. Reference retention is subject to buyer authorization and the applicable policy; it is not a guarantee of permanent storage or exact reproduction.
