Not Sure Which Style Fits Your Project?
Send a product link, reference image, existing sample photo or short description of how the hats will be used. That is enough to begin a discussion about relevant straw-hat directions and the details that require confirmation.
A method shown on one straw-hat style should not be assumed to work in the same way on every other hat. Final compatibility is reviewed against the selected product and sample.

Wholesale Hat FAQ
Different straw-hat styles can be reviewed for logo customization, but the available method and placement depend on the selected product. Crown shape, weave texture, seams, hat bands, brim structure and attachment areas may change how the artwork should be applied. Choose a product family or send a reference image so the relevant directions can be assessed.
Detailed or multicolor artwork can be reviewed, but the intended size and method affect how much detail remains readable. A printed patch or printed artwork area may suit some multicolor designs, while a simplified version may work better for embroidery, rubber/PU or small applications. Send the original artwork and a simplified version if one is available.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF are useful when available, but they are not required for the first conversation. A clear PNG, phone photo, rough sketch, product link or reference image can be used to discuss the hat style, placement and suitable decoration directions. Final production artwork requirements are confirmed later.
The selected hat style, material and construction, logo method, number of artwork or color versions, placement, size split, labels, packaging, quantity and target window can all affect the commercial and production path. Share your current estimate—even if it is not final—so MOQ, sample arrangements and timing can be confirmed for the actual project.
A patch is often a useful direction when the straw texture makes direct decoration difficult to control, but there is no single best method for every hat. Artwork detail, desired texture, patch material, position, size, attachment and product construction should be reviewed together. The physical sample is the appropriate checkpoint for the finished appearance.
Printed under-brim artwork can be reviewed on compatible straw-hat constructions. Share the selected style, full artwork or repeat pattern, color reference and intended print area. The backing material, print boundary, scale, alignment and color result should be checked in the relevant sample scope.
A custom sample can be used to inspect the product and decoration details included in the agreed sample scope before bulk production arrangements are confirmed. The relevant sample type, cost, timing, review points and approval record depend on the selected hat, artwork, logo method and project requirements. See the Sample Policy for the available review path.
